1. Penghapusan kemiskinan;

2. Mengakhiri kelaparan;

3. Kesehatan yang baik dan kesejahteraan;

4. Pendidikan bermutu;

5. Kesetaraan gender;

6. Akses air bersih dan sanitasi;

7. Energi bersih dan terjangkau;

8. Pekerjaan layak dan pertumbuhan ekonomi;

9. Infrastruktur, industri, dan inovasi;

10. Mengurangi ketimpangan;

11. Kota dan komunitas yang berkelanjutan;

12. Konsumsi dan produksi yang bertanggungjawab;

13. Penanganan perubahan iklim;

14. Menjaga ekosistem laut;

15. Menjaga ekosistem darat;

16. Perdamaian, keadilan, dan kelembagaan yang kuat;

The Science of Well-Being

I’m currently learning and attending course about “The Science of well-being”, hosted by Dr. Laurie Santos. I learn it from Coursera and I found this platform attractive and Coursera give great free courses until this May, in case you’re interested or need activities to do during this sty at home period.

So, it’s my second week to attend the online course.

At the first week, we learnt and took time to measure our own score of happiness through some Quizzes. I tried all the tests and found out that I had a pretty not good grades (lol). We’re going to re-take the quiz at the end of the course and let’s so if there is any changes in that.

At week two, Dr. Santos gave lecture about how things are not actually make us happy. It based on the researches that have been conducted since long time ago. Basicly, good grades, good job, good relationship, good-looking appearance or losing weight don’t really influence our happiness.

Some factors that are found to influence happiness are Genetic (50%), Life Circumstances (10%), and Action/Thoughts (40%).
We can’t change or really do anything to the genetic or life circumstances, so you’d better focus on your action/thoughts. But many people seeks happiness at the wrong direction, so it’s even harder to attain that goal.

PERMA Quiz Result

Example of the Quiz

We can build happiness through simple habits. But we need to do it CONSISTENTLY. And the simple habits that are recommended from this session are Savouring and Gratitude. Savouring means being fully present to what we are doing and genuinely enjoy it. Give yourself time to appreciate the books that you’re reading or the activity that you’re doing. And it’s stated that there are some techniques to enhance this savouring moments such as sharing the experience with another person, thinking about how lucky you are to enjoy such an amazing moment, keeping a souvenir/photo of the moment and it’s highly recommended to spare 5-10 minutes of your time every night to write a gratitude journal and write down 5 things that make you become grateful that day.

Besides savouring, gratitude is a habit that must be developed. Gratitude is positive emotional state
in which someone appreciates and recognizes what they have in life. This habit is important to do as if oneself doesn’t feel grateful, they will keep on wanting for more and can’t be happy even though they already have more than what they need. In this course, there is one study where people with different salary were studied about their financial situation and if they feel that their salary is enough for living. Based on that research, it turns out that they don’t feel enough and want more salary, even though one of them has earned more than what the average person usually earn.
This is why gratitude is important in order to reach happiness.

As I mentioned above, I just attended week two for the courses, so I will end the story here and may be I’ll come back and tell more stories later :)
If you’re interested to take the courses, here is the link.

How’s your stay at home moment guys? I hope we can get through this tough moment and this too shall pass.

Stay happy, healthy and maintain yourself! See ya the other time :)

Conflict Management Resolution

Today, I listened to a Podcast from Inspigo, the speaker was Mr. Fajar Anugerah, a psychology-background speaker. He is from Kinara.id. He talked about “Conflict Management”.

Conflict is caused by difference, either it’s difference in Point of View, in preference or anything.
Even though conflict is usually seen as a bad indicator in relationship, but if the parties are able to manage/resolve the conflict well, we can gain the benefits from it. This theory called desirable difficulties.

In this podcast, Mr. Fajar Anugerah explained two strategies of how to resolve the conflict. The first solution is from the “person” perspective, how important the person in the conflict/with whom we have the conflict. The second solution is based on the “issue” itself. How important is this issue for you.

Important
Not important
Person
- Compromising
- Collaborate
Avoidance/Withdraw
Issue
Conflicting
Accommodating

That’s the table that I drew based on the explication I heard from Mr. Fajar Anugerah. Let me explain it to you, hopefully, it could help you better understand the topic :)

First,
If you have conflict with important person (ie : your boss) and the issue is also important for you, you have two option to solve the conflict :
1. By compromising : You both compromise about the issue/you compromise with your boss, so the conflict can be resolved in peace.
2. By collaboration : You give all the option possible to your boss (the cause and the effect) and the both of you make collaboration to resolve the problem.

Second,
If the issue important and the person with whom you have conflict means nothing to you. For example, you go to a concert (the important issue) and the someone cut off the line (the person), fight for yourself. This solution is called “conflicting”.

Third,
If the person is important for you, whereas the issue is not, you can choose to accommodate. For example, you go to the restaurant with your mother/father-in law(the person), he wants to eat chicken together with you. At the moment, you don’t really feel like you want to eat, but because you respect your in law, you accommodate their will.

Fourth,
If the person and the issue don’t matter to you, avoid it or withdraw yourself for this unnecessary thing. Better find/do something else and save yourself from unnecessary problems.

Having listened to this podcast, I found this view is interesting and applicable, that’s why I want to share it with you and hopefully, I could help you to resolve your conflict well and to choose the battle wisely.
We don’t always need to win every battle that we’re in, but you must know when it’s important for you, you must fight for it.

I hope you can learn something from what I shared and if you have any comment or thoughts, please don’t hesitate to leave it on the comment section.

Always be happy, healthy and maintain you beauty! See you the other time :D

Nanamia Pizzeria Yogyakarta

Hello all,

I'm back with another foodie journey.

I'm so happy that i can finish this dish :)
 The sauce was also so tasty. I love it!

Tortellini nya sangat enak dan sangat sesuai selera saya. Saya beri 5 bintang untuk makanannya. Sedangkan untuk minuman, saya memesan 'Caramel Latte'

Seperti lazimnya restaurant Italia, harga kopinya sangat affordable (didasarkan pada porsi minuman dan kualitas rasanya). Menurut saya kualitas kopinya sangat baik, hanya saja karena saya bukan pecinta Caramel jadi menurut saya rasanya just good.

 So, i really recommend this place to those who love Italian food. Go here with family and friends and hope you enjoy the food!

Note :

Have fun!

Wardah Seaweed Cleansing Micellar Water

Hello beauty enthusiasts,

I'm back with another cleanser review :D

I hope you won't be bored about that.

Cleansing is actually one of the best MUST-DO steps to maintain the beauty because our skin must be cleansed after putting on make up in order to clean all the make up residue and to keep our skin looks good.
I personally think that cleansing step is VERY important.

That's one of the reason why i've tried and used lots of cleanser type.

So now, i'll give my opinion about a local brand product. This my be my first time reviewing the local, so i'm pretty excited about it.

After i start the review, i'll say thanks first to Sociolla who gave me this product for free when i shopped there.
This isn't my first cleansing water that i used, but in terms of micellar water, i could say that this is the first micellar water that i used so far.

If you're curious about the differences between Micellar Water and Cleansig water, please click this link to find out first.

So here we go.

Front side
#1 Packaging

First of all, we'll talk about the product packaging and it feels okay. There's nothing so special about it, but it's not bad. This is a cup bottle type. You need to open the cap to get out of the product and put it on the cotton pad. It has 100 ml volume and i think you can use it for a couple of month if you don't use it often (FYI : I've been using it for around 2.5 months and there are sooooo much left because i don't use the product regularly).

#2 Claims
This product claims are :
1. No need to wash it off
2/ Cleanse of make up and face
3. Multi action formula + Bio Cleansing Active

Regarding all of the claims, i have to say that i pretty like the product. I use it as make up remover or first cleanser sometimes (i don't just use it because i do love the double-cleansing thing). So i always use another cleanser after this. But this product works pretty well for me, it doesn't cause any breakout eventho' i use it consecutively. I sometimes have breakout if i use a cleanser for a couple of time. But this one works good for my skin, eventho' i'm not sure it really cleanse all the make up and sunscreen thing.

This product has balancing seaweed and cucumber extract in it. It's said that those ingredients could help to maintain and keeps the normal skin condition. And this product claims to work for ALL skin type thanks to the bio cleansing active formula.
So you do't need to worry about using it if you have acne prone, sensitive or combination skin type
(Mine  is dry combination type).

#3 Ingredients
There aren't much ingredients on the list of this product. They are :

Back side
Aqua, PEG-6 Caprylic/Capric, Grycerides, Propanediol, Biosaccharide, Gum-2, Olive Oil PEG-7 Esters, Propylene Glycol, Panthenol, Cetrimonium Bromide, Disodium EDTA, Cucumis Sativus Fruit Extract, Ulva Lactuca Extract, Glycerin, Potassium Sorbate, Sodium Benzoate.

You'd better check the list before buying in order to make sure there are no things that would make you breakout or allergic.

#4 The Verdict

After using this product for a couple of months, i think i like the product. It works well as make up remover and it doesn't break me out (FYI : I'm not a bold make up user, I only use BB Cream, Moisturiser and Sunscreen daily). I might repurchase it later because ir's pretty travel-friendly and gentle to use. It's also has "dermatologically-tested" words written on the packaging. I'm pretty happy with the quality of the product eventho' i'm not using it the way it is (no wash off).

I think this product is perfect for those who look for a budget cleanser with a nice quality. So, if you in search of a micellar water, you can consider buying this product.

Wardah is an Indonesian brand that has a variety of ranges and i think they have a couple of best seller product on the store. Wardah is also a drugstore brand, so it's easy to find.

So last but not least, i wanna say you must try the local brand sometimes because our local brand is pretty well-improved now. I personally really want to appreciate the effort and the development of our local brand and product. Hope there will be a lot more local products on the store with the good quality to use.

* NB : This product was given freely from Sociolla, but the review is based on my personal experiences.

Stay healthy and maintain your beauty all.

See ya next time! :DD

eternaleaf (Pure Papua Plant)
Body Lotion Review

Hello chingudeul,

Annyeonghaseyo :)

It’s been longtime since the last time I write a review here and I’m back!!!!

This time, I’ll be reviewing an Indonesian brand body lotion, named eternaleaf. It’s a body lotion made from pandanus conoideus (in the description it’s written ‘made with pure Red Papua fruit for naturally moisturized skin’)

I feel in love with the packaging of the product since the first time I saw it. It has orange and white colour on the flip flop bottle. It contains 250ml of the product inside and it claims to be ‘paraben free’, ‘parafin free’, ‘alcohol free’, ‘silicon free’, ‘not tested on animals’, ‘promote sustainable harvesting’, ‘100% vegetarian’, ‘supports proudly papua foundation’ (50% of your purchase will be given to build a better Papua)

You can visit their site on www.eternaleaf.com for more info.

Well, let’s start the review.

#1 Packaging
At the first sight, I like the packaging of the product. But after been using the product for a couple of months, I’m not happy with the flip flop bottle type, especially the aluminium or metal side of the bottle. It hurts my finger sometimes when I apply the product. I think it’s quite dangerous for some reason and hope the material will be changed in the future for its safety.

I also don’t like the flip flop bottle because I can’t get the right amount of the product. It happens to give a lot of the product sometimes, and some other time, it’s quite hard to get the product come off the bottle. You have to put down the bottle first to make the product come out.

The flip flop bottle side that I don't like

Other than that, I feel happy with the simplicity of the product and the description of the product on it.

#2 Application
I’m happy with the product because it really makes my skin feel so moisturized and soft after using it. I just hope it contains some kind of ‘UV/SPF’ thing to block the sun damage (because I’m not sure if the product has this kind of thing in it. There’s no titanium dioxide or zinc dioxide like other body lotion).

The texture is like the other body lotion. It has a creamy body lotion type, if you know what I mean. And I think it does what it claims to be , which is to moisturize and to restore the dull and dry skin. It doesn’t have annoying scent for me. The good thing is it works well for my skin.

Since I don’t have many things to write. Just it for this review. If you have any question to ask or if you’re curious about the product, you can ask me by send me the comment down below or go buy the product (I find this product on Watson).

Thank you for your interest and see you next time.

Stay healthy and maintain your beauty. Have a great day. Bye!!!! :DDDD
